I thoroughly believe Spring is about NEW BEGINNINGS. With your family, what new beginnings or activities or thoughts would you like to start?
Without daily interaction with my students has been more than difficult. My new thought for this spring is to keep a Growth Mindset every day when challenges and frustrations occur while I continue to teach remotely from home.
Some important concepts to know and use with your child about Growth Mindset:
Kids with a growth mindset believe their abilities can improve over time.
Praise the way your child approached a challenge—not just the effort.
Talking about learning from failure can help kids develop a growth mindset.
